The Lighthouse – a unique and quirky, four-storey self-catering holiday property accommodating up to four people in two double bedrooms with stunning sea views from every floor.
The property is set in the St Ives Conservation area on The Warren, just minutes away from the harbour with its restaurants, pubs, cafes, galleries, shops and beaches but so quiet, nestled on the famous Crab rocks fronting the sea - lapping waves are the only sounds to lull you to sleep.
Floor to ceiling windows in the lounge on the second floor make this a room filled with light. Patio doors lead out on to the generous balcony which gives incredible, uninterrupted sea views of the whole of St Ives Bay and harbour out across to Godrevy lighthouse and the coastline.
A well-equipped kitchen including an electric cooker and hob, microwave, Smeg fridge and a dishwasher means you can self cater if you choose to stay and dine overlooking the wonderful vista of St Ives and its beaches. An American diner table and chairs seats four with beautiful sea-views.
Both bedrooms have wonderful sea views with the master double bedroom being on the third floor and the second double bedroom on the ground floor. Both are equipped with a useful wash hand basin and flat screen TV. Egyptian cotton bed linen, fluffy white bath and hand towels and wifi throughout is included.
The main shower room is located on the second floor and includes a walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
An additional WC is on the first floor in the Utility room which also houses a washing machine and separate tumble-dryer.
PARKING
The Lighthouse has a RESERVED parking space at St Ives Train Station carpark which is only a couple of minutes walk away. The space will be yours from the time you check in until the time you check out. You can come and go as you please and there will always be a space for you. If you wish to drop off your luggage at the front door it is possible to drive down The Warren (although this is a narrow, one way street) before parking at the Station carpark.
